Latest booking for CRT late Aug

Anyone know how latest time I can book? 31st is our last night( park open late) and DF wants to book it for a romantic dinner.. I have free DP but will pay out of pocket for it so is it worth it? Can it be romantic? Been for breakfast with the kids this will be first time for dinner.. What all is included in dinner? Any free photos?

I dont know the answer to any of your questions but I think you need to get on the phone today to see if it is even possible to get a reservation at this point...........it is kind of late.
