Latest Available Time for an ADR at These Places?

Does anyone know the latest time in the day they have ADRs for restaurants like Artist Point, Citrico's, Kona Cafe and the Wave? We're looking at these places but won't be able to make any of them until 9:30-10:00 pm. Is this too late, or does anyone have any experience walking in without an ADR and getting seated at any of these places around that time?

I just made an ADR for the Wave for 9:50, that is what they said was the latest seating. I would imagine every resort restaurant is similar if not the same.
I would make the ADR, just to be on the safe side, so you're 'expected'. I would imagine they would be more prone to turn away a walk up than a person with a reservation already.
