Hurricane Summary POSTED: December 4, 2003 4:29 p.m.
A late season tropical storm forms in the Caribbean. Tropical Storm Odette formed 280 miles south-southeast of Kingston Jamaica. Please click onto the Atlantic Basin Map for a more detailed discussion on this unusually late forming tropical cyclone.
