Late September/October vs. Early December?!

Well if this is their last year that sucks because I haven't seen them :( Why are they stopping?? :sad1:

It was rumored that last year was their last year... and well, they're back this year. So take it for what it's worth. ;)

Ok great well it sounds like we really could do either, so I guess I will let my schedule decide! Which time is more comparable to May with crowds and temps??

We've been the first week in May and I would say it is comparable to early October. We have always found December to be less crowded than May. We found October slightly cooler than May, but I think on our May trip the temps were above average.

Thank you all! it looks like free dining will just be our deciding factor. If it is offered one time over the other, we will just take that time. If it isn't offered either times, we will go with december. Thank you all for your advice!!!

I LOVE early December. My favorite time to go. I would rather cold weather then hot and humid. I don't think anytime is extremely low crowds anymore. Honestly other then crazy Christmas week I think I would ultimately enjoy a Disney trip no matter what!

That is kinda how im looking at is. When we went in May the parks were i think a 5 and with fastpass and planning we never waited in line more than 15 minutes for anything. It was hot (87 or 88) but we took lots of breaks and just enjoyed being at Disney and seeing our kids' happy faces! So as long as I am not going during spring break, Christmas week, or in the dead of summer I think we will manage! My husband and I would rather have the cooler weather too, but he and my oldest daughter LOVE Halloween so it is a draw!!! I just wanna get back and have a great time!! :cheer2:
