Late seating at Crystal Palace?

I just made a breakfast reservation for 10:25 at the Crystal Palace thinking it would be a good way to do some rides and then stop for "brunch". This is the last seating for breakfast I believe.

My question is this: Will they be putting away all the food at this point or will it be sort of stale leftovers? At what time to they start switching over to lunch? (and will they ask us to leave at that point?)

Thanks for answering some silly questions- we've always done an 8:05 at CP so this is something new...

We had a 10:20 in early Dec. I too thought we'd have a nice brunch but when we left at 1130 the lunch food was just starting to be put out.

I'm not sure when they will start trading out the food between breakfast and lunch - but they will not ask you to leave. So if you want to really spread out your time you could get a little breakfast and a little lunch!

Since i've discovered it, i've been to Crystal Palace about 5 or 6 times. At first, It was a must do for us to get in the park early so we booked the 8:00-8:20am time. Around the 3rd time, we decided to mix it up, and booked a late breakfast reservation. That was the changer for me!! First off, i'm a rope drop person and i go into a panic at Crystal Palace in the 8-9 hour, with a later breakfast, its so nice to just take it easy and relax and not worry about rushing!! My past trip I booked an 8:05am for my mom and I at her request, but it just made me realize how much more I love the later seating!

We always do a brunch Crystal Palace..every trip! usually the refresh the foods periodically..not just like at one time. i think that the time your going is just about great...enough time to get in your favorite rides before the crowds show up

We always eat a late breakfast at CP. They do replenish the food but only on one side. They wind up seating only on one side of the restaurant , so they only put out breakfast on one side of the buffet. They were preparing the other side for lunch. Their was a CM that kept breakfast people on their side.

We had a late b/fast last Aug. It was fine! Though the line was longer because they closed one side to start the lunch set-up. (We were not allowed to eat from the lunch side.) The restaurant is thinning, so you have more character interaction.
