My husband and I are doing an alone trip the week of Christmas. I have made our PS's for dinner most of the nights we will be there. We made them late so that we could make the most of the day. However, I have now begun to second guess myself. Any opinions of the advantages/disadvantages of these later times would be appreciated. I was not sure how the candlelight processional would affect our dining the two nights we have planned for Epcot. I do not want to be rushed out the door by eating late.
