We are going to WDW the last week of October. We have traveled during that week several times so I feel that I have enough experience on what to expect crowd wise.
But scheduling FP+ in advance adds a new twist in our trip planning. Originally my plan was to do standby lines in the morning and book the 3 FP+ attractions for the afternoon when lines tend to be longer. But then Disney added the available 4th FP+ and so on. So now I wonder... do I pre-book the 3 FP+ attractions for the morning with hopes that additional 4th, 5th, 6th FP+ will still be available for the afternoon? And the then if they aren't, now we're stuck in the afternoon with no FP+ and longer standby lines.
Considering the typical crowd level for late October, my experience tells me that there should be additional FP+ available in the afternoon except for rides like TT, Soarin, TSM, and now 7DMT. So maybe my idea of doing standby at Rope Drop is best for EPCOT touring and try to get TT and Soarin in first and then a 2nd time for one of those with FP+ in late morning? AAGGHHHH!! I don't know.
Anyone else contemplating the same thing?
