lATE NITE-Stuart Smalley??

Anybody remember Al Franken from SNL ? Stuart Smalley used to make me laugh. In actuallity.. he makes perfect sense.
Today, after I totally lost it with the 12 y/o again.. (Oh ya, I said some really terrible things but apologized and we are ok again)
I sat looking in my mirror saying, "I am a Good MOM, I am worth respect and kindness" "I am a good Mom"

Anybody else have to encourage themselves while starring in the mirror?

If you have never done it ... try it... You ARE worth it!
