Late night dining at WDW

We're going to be there August 13-20. I think the parks should be open pretty late. What is a reasonable guess as to how late various restaurants are open and seating guests for dinner? (Both in the resorts and the parks.) Can you sit down to dinner at 10:00 p.m.?

We just hit Sci-Fi at 10:00pm after Fantasmic the other night (called while waiting for the show to start).

Have WCC booked for 9:40 in Dec.

Raglan Road at Downtown Disney serves dinner until 11 (at least during the month of June) and the last seating at Citrico's last week was 9:50. When you call for your ADR's you can ask for the last seating. I think many of the food courts in the resorts serve a limited menu at least until midnight. Many of the nearby restaurants off site serve even later (some are open 24 hours).

Bluezoo and Shulas ate 10.30 pm or 11 pm last seatings. Planet Hollywood is also late and I *think* Fultons is as well.
