The Pirates buffet starts right after the fireworks which usually go off at 10:25 p.m. They start setting up quite a bit before that, though.

They have turkey legs, fajita bar, warm crepes with ice cream, and several other things on the "hot" side, and loads of desserts on the other. On our next cruise, I'm saving up for fajitas that looked scrumptious and the warm crepes that are delicious.

The lines gets long fast - the buffet is set up on the port side so make your way that way while watching the fireworks. Our last cruise, the desserts were set up on the Goofy pool port side & the hot stuff was more towards the Mickey pool port side...
