I've been looking at the Eastern Navigator's and it looks like there are only two late night buffets, the Gala Dessert Buffet in Lumiere's and the Tropicali Buffet on deck 9. I read a post that said there's a buffet every night, but I can't seem to find the thread anymore. Does anyone know about any other "midnight" buffets?

There are "Late Night Snacks" in the Beat Street Area and in the Atrium (I think that there are snacks in the Atrium at least).

The snacks usually are small portions of desserts like cake, brownies, etc.

To find this in the Navigators, look on the last page in the "Other Dining Options" section

I posted about the late night snacks after our 5/15 cruise. There are late night snacks from 10:15-11:15, they're listed on the back of the navigators under "other dining options" or something like that. the midnight dessert buffets are 11:15-12:15. :)

Other cruiselines may have more "midnight" buffets but Disney only has the two.

I may be mistaken but there are other food buffets during the dinner meal - at Topsiders correct? Perhaps this is what you are thinking of as other buffets.

Topsiders for breakfast and lunch is buffet style but for dinner it is sit down service (except for the salad...that is set up like a salad bar).

I think that there is a buffett line up on deck 9 for on the western for the mexicalli...... Don't know for sure - that night our dinner went way late and the party was over before we were done with dinner.

Thanks everyone. I know about the meal time buffets and other late night snacks. I was just curious about the "midnight" buffets. Dh asked me to find out because he loved them on our Carnival cruise and wanted to know if he could expect one every night on the Magic. I'm sure there will be enough food that we won't miss the nights they don't have them.

I thought I might miss this option, but after typically getting out of late dining at 10:15-10:30 pm, I found that the last thing I wanted to do at 11:30 or so was eat again!

Hiya Sandy!

I hope you get to that dessert buffet before me, cuz everyone in my way better move it or they'll get hurt.... I don't mess around when it comes to desserts!!

Between Lisa and Sandy I think all of us on the 10/16 cruise better watch out!!

Hi Lisa and Debbart.

Lisa, I plan to be there early so if you want to beat me you'll have to camp out. :teeth:

I'll have to remember not to stuff myself at dinner that night. ;)

Sandy,

I got my Girl Scout badge for dessert-eating & they also taught me how to pitch a tent, I think you're in trouble :teeth:

Lisa
