Late morning crowd question (regarding PL and BBB)

We are doing a short two day MK only trip in late March. Day 1 crowd is a 5 (EMH in AM), Day 2 is a 4 (most recommended park). We do RD / EMH. I have my FP+ all scheduled after lunch.

I need help deciding if scheduling BBB (the knight thing for a boy) or Pirate's League is a good use of time right before lunch if our main park priority is rides. We did 8/9 crowd days last year, so my perspective on when lines get long is skewed.

Doing BBB and / or PL right before our noon lunch ADRs at CRT and CP respectively makes for the best photo ops and gives the characters something to talk about / bond over, but I hate to waste precious shorter line time before lunch. When do late-morning / mid day crowds start to affect lines? 11? 12?

FYI, My DS just turned five, so we may be done for the day late afternoon.

Thanks!

The knight package is very quick, but still fun. if you are dining at CRT I would say it would be worth it, given the fuss the princesses will make over him. My son has really enjoyed it both times he`s done it. The pirate league can be a bit more time consuming, but is very fun. Since it doesn`t directly tie in with your dining I`d be more inclined to skip it. (although my 6 year old DS would probably disagree). Overall, the lines will likely start to build by 10:30-11:00. Good luck!
