Late March Crowds

I am confused. The WDW website hours suggest that the last week in March will be busy, but not horrendous. I read the "Unofficial" disney guide - which state 10/10 crowd levels - (worse than they report for Easter week) - Anyone have any idea? I thought that most high schools are in session - I realize that this is prime college spring break time..

According to Touring Plans best days, the last week in March is listed as 7's and 8's for crowd levels. Many of the Florida schools have spring break in March.

When the book was published, they probably based it on the previous year, when Easter was in late March.
