Late Making ADRs - Any suggestions?

Normally, I stay right on top of the situation, but this year with a combination of illness, the holiday season, and the GF IPO not responding to my emails or returning my calls when I requested, I am seriously late making my ADRs. (It had slipped my mind, and someone was asking about our trip today, and I had a serious "Oh, $^#%@&!"?!>!" moment.)

So we're staying at the GF in May, and we'll have the DxDDP. And we have no ADRs right now. I'm going to try to get them tomorrow, obviously, but I know I'm going to need to have a lot of back up plans.

This is our first time staying at the GF. We usually stay in the Epcot resort area, but we decided to spend more time at MK for our 3 yr old DS. This will be a short trip for us, only 3 nights. Our original plan had been to do CG one night, O'Hana one night, and Citricos one night, but the only one of those we'd been to in the past is CG. Since we're staying in the MK resort area, we wanted to do our meals there. (We'd thought about CRT for a meal, too, but I'm guessing that it's right out now.)

Anyway, we like TS meals. We'll be at concierge level, so there will be breakfast available if we don't want to do it as an actual meal. What would y'all suggest for sit down meals that might actually be available only 4 months out? We're looking for (probably) one nice breakfast, two lunches and 3 dinners, and we'd prefer to do them all TS. Our favorite places are CG, Jiko's, and V&A's, but we're not planning on V&A for this trip regardless.

Help!

I would just make a list of 1st choice, 2nd choice, etc. for each night you want to eat dinner. When you call, just ask for your first choice - you are still making ADR's 4 months out which is a lot sooner than most people (non-dissers!) make them. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I am also going to Disney in May, and just made my ADR today. I didn't have no problem with getting what I wanted, just had to switch one with another. The key is to be flexible with your time, and you should be ok. Make a list of where you want and when, and that will help you.
