Our flight is scheduled to land at 10:00pm. We’re taking the DME to CSR. How busy is the DME at this time? About what time do you think we should expect to be at the resort? Our plan is do HS the next morning, getting there early enough to hopefully get a ROTR boarding pass, so now I’m regretting that flight time (although the earlier flights were WAY over our budget, so not much option there).

I know that you will need to retrieve your own luggage from baggage claim and take it to the bus with you, so add at least a 1/2 hour there.
I’m thinking they will not have many busses running after 10pm, so they may wait for it to fill up a bit before departing. I would expect to be in my room around midnight.
If you have an early morning planned for the next day, I wouldn’t worry about unpacking that night. I would just have everything you need for that night and the next morning (pj’s,outfits, toothbrush & paste, brush etc) in one spot on top so you can just grab it, get to bed and get out the next am.

My experience has been that DME is much slower late at night. We’ve waited 30 minutes or more to board and then have sat on the bus waiting for it to fill.
If you want to get to your resort quickly you could Uber/Lyft.

If you are in a hurry definitely don't use Magical Express. I've had it take as long as 2 1/2 hours late at night.

I'd do Uber/Lyft or a car service.
