Late flight no shuttles

All the shuttles at SNA have a cutoff time around 10:15pm I think it was as last time we flew in late I ran into the same issue.
Now I pretty much only use Uber/Lyft anyway as is regardless.

Our flight arrives at 10:15 from Seattle.

I just did a fare quote for Karmel for a flight arriving at 11pm April 17 and it gave me that option.

Lyft and Uber look like $20 compared to $40+ for cab.

According to their website, the John Wayne Airport Shuttle Association runs shuttles until 11pm. We started using them when we had a flight in after 10pm and they were the only shuttle we could find that was still running.
