Late flight luggage and ME

2 part question: We won't arrive at airport until 9 pm. Will we have to wait up for our bags to be delivered? Or can we go to sleep and get them in the morning.

Our return flight leaves at 6 pm. We check out at 11, and what do we do with our bags? Is there an area in the resort to leave them. We are using ME both ways.

You can have Bell Services hold your bags until the next morning. Talk to them when you get to your resort. Also, be sure to but the "Do not disturb" sign on your door that night.

DME will pick up any bags that have the yellow tags on them until 10pm. After 10pm even bags with the tags will go to baggage claim. I don't know that we have "official" word, but I think any bags with yellow tags that aren't claimed at baggage claim will be picked up and delivered by DME the next morning.

In your case though, let baggage services at your resort know to hold your bags until you call for them the next morning (as OKW Lover said).

On your second question... you can check your bags with RAC anytime between 5am and 1pm. That's for checked luggage. Any carryons that you don't need that day can be left with baggage services until you need to collect them before getting on DME.
