We're finalising details of our trip before booking.

Looking at transport options and arrival times, one option would see us arriving at HNY after 10pm, possibly 11pm, depending on any delays etc.

Is there any issue with arriving this late? We wouldn't want to eat or do anything, just check in and go straight to the room and put the kids to bed.

We arrived really late at the Cheyenne December 2010 and had no problems:goodvibes

Have you considered booking in to a cheaper off site hotel for the night?

You could then book a disney package with one less night on it. You can still check in to your Disney hotel first thing the next morning, and get your park tickets, so you woudn't lose any park time.

I know plenty of posters on here seem to do it, and it isn't a problem. You woudln't even need to unpack, if you will be going staright to bed on the first night anyway!

Yeah, this is another option. Weighing up the cost vs extra hassle of that and other options. Too many decisions to make!

We also arrive late and I decided to book a cheaper hotel for over night stay. it's not worth pay for HNY, tickets - and use none. We're staying in Kyriad on our arrival night (80Eur) and moving to HNY next morning just after the breakfast, so we could use EMH :goodvibes

Make sure you check the prices before you book. When we went for our Christmas trip in 2010 it was actually cheaper for us to arrive on Thursday and stay 2 nights than it was to arrive Friday and stay 1 night!
