Late Entry at Epcot or my Imagination?

I think I have seen a late entry pass to Epcot discussed on the boards, but don't remember any details. We are arriving at 5ish on a Saturday in August, and would love to go to dinner in Epcot, but not willing to use a Park Hopper day. Is there such a thing? Times, costs, restrictions? Thanks!

Unless something has changed recently, there's no such thing.
Several years ago they would let you in without using a ticket just before the fireworks started; but they quit that.:smooth:

There used to be such an animal for convention-goers. You'd pay "x" amount for an after 4:30 pass, or less for a 6:30 pass etc.

Not sure if it still exists.

This probably isn't much help since it's for a convention, but the late entrance tickets do still exist...
The ADA has a convention coming up in October and there is a late-entry ticket that is being offered. A 1-day after 2pm ticket costs $42 and a 2-day after 2pm ticket is $75. Those prices are the same for adults and children. Unfortunatly, these tickets are only offered to ADA members and their family/guests.

Thanks for the replies. The convention pass doesn't seem like that good a deal anyway. So it was just my imagination...

They do have an after 4 annual pass. That is the only thing that I know about.
