Hi all! We are travelling to WDW May 4th-12th of this year and one of the nights we are in the park has late night EMH from midnight-2am. We've tried to do late EMH in the past but always end up leaving the park early because we didn't rest in the day, but this time we are determined to make the most of it. We're hoping to arrive at around the dinner hour, use our FP+ reservations and then hit up rides till EMH ends.

My question is about transportation. I know that buses will run until everyone is back (as I've learned here that it's not just an hour past closing) but I was wondering, for those of you who have stayed until the end of a late EMH, how long did it take to get back to your resort if staying at a value? We're at Pop Century. We have a late breakfast reservation the next morning and know it'll be late getting back, but we're trying to finalize plans and see how early we could reasonably be up the next day. Thanks so much! :)

There is no one correct answer for that. Those who get in the bus line early can board an earlier bus.
We always sit and wait for awhile and let the lines get shorter.

Figure that you can get back within 40-60 minutes following the end of EMH.

disney know what they are doing.
generally at closing no matter when it is they have 2-3 buses for each resort coming one right after another.

i would count on not having to wait very long.

it takes 20 minutes to get from MK to POP.
