Late December + Early January???

We are booked to go next year on Boxing Day (26th December) and i am therefore interested in knowing the answers to a couple of questions.

1. What time does it get dark at that time of year?

2. How crowded are the parks from 27th December to 9th January? Does it quieten off after Christmas Day and then go even quieter after New Years day?

3. How busy are restaurants in Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista in the evening? We were there during Daytona Bike Week this March and due to bikers commuting from the Disney area to Daytona the parks were quiet but the restaurants at night were packed, are they just packed all week between xmas and NY?

I believe that it will be dark by 5:30, 6pm at the latest. There will still be big crowds from 12/26 through 1/1 but after that crowds should drop. One of the best trips we took was from 12/31-1/6, after New Year's Eve the parks really emptied out.
