Late check in?

I hope this isn't a stupid question! Origionally we were going to check in to Disney, ASMo, on the 25th in the morning. We have a family party in Ocala the day before and we were going to stay there on the 24th.
Now I have added the 24th to our Dis res. We won't get in until about midnight though. Can you check in this late? I didn't think to ask the CM when I made the res. I'm pretty sure I've seen posts where people have done this. I just wanted to make sure.

On our last trip in Jan. we checked in at 7 a.m. What was great was there was no one there in line! Check-in went very fast. You'll probably find it the same at midnight.

Also, surprisingly, our room was already ready. We didn't have to go sleep in our rental van (Took a redeye from CA-never again!)
