Late check in at Vero Beach?

I will be checking in late - 9 :30 pm at Vero Beach on a Sunday night in March (Premier Season). I have a ocean-view inn room reserved. I am worried about getting a not-so-good view because of the later check in. I have requested NS and High Floor. Do you think I need to call them and let them know I am checking in late? I made this reservation at 11 months, but I am worried about the room-ready policy. Thanks for any insight.
