Late breakfast at Chef Mickey's

Do they continue to refill the buffet, even if it's near closing? We are thinking about getting an ADR for a late breakfast at CM, but it wouldn't be worth it if they run out of certain items and don't refill them, since it's at the end of their breakfast time.

Does anyone have experience with a late morning ADR at Chef Mickey's? Did they offer all food items, or did they stop refilling them as they ran out?

We have an an 11:20 a.m. breakfast at Chef MNickey's for 3 straight years and it is WONDERFUL. Crowds are down, food is FRESH and character interaction is SUPER. I say "go for it."

It's our first day tradition to have a late breakfast at Chef Mickeys. The food is always fresh and buffet well supplied. I can't remember ever queuing for the food and we have lots of time for character interaction and photos.

Oh yeah and lunch at a breakfast price!

I am going to Disney in June, and want to go to Chef Mickeys. Only from reading these boards did I get the feeling I should call for a reservation, good thing I did! There were only 2 times left for June 14!

It is way better than the dinner. Stay away from the doughnuts or you will gain 50 pounds! Everything is fresh and seems to be well stocked. I have never seen an empty food bin. We have had early breakfast times, mid morning times and late seating times. In fact once, we were the last ones to be seated but they still had tons of food and we didn't rush or feel like we had to. (The characters were still as attentive to us as they would have been to the first family being seated.)
