Late booking ME - questions?

Hi! I'll be heading down to the World on Wednesday, and it'll be my first time on the Magical Express! My question is, we booked very recently (8 days ago) and I'm not expecting any documents to come in the mail, so how exactly does the process work if you show up to MCO with a ME reservation but without your paperwork? Thanks for the help and putting up with newbie questions

Proceed to the Magic Express Counter and present whatever confirmation numbers you have. Also give them your baggage claim tickets (if you have not yet claimed your baggage) and they will send someone to retrieve your bags and they will be delivered within 3 hours of hotel arrival.

You can also claim your own bags and then go to the ME Counter, carrying your bags with you on your bus.

You will get a ME letter the day before your departure from the hotel, giving you a pickup time, which will be approximately 3 hours before your flight departure time.

Are you sure you booked a Magical Express reservation specifically, which is separate from your resort room reservation?

If you are not sure, call Magical Express toll free 866-599-0951 and make that reservation now. Write down the name and city of the person you talked to as the very least record that you made the reservation.
