We will be in WDW for 6 nights the last week of August and coming home Labor Day.

We usually go to WDW in early December so we have never visited the water parks. How much time should I plan to spend with 3 kids ages 5, 8 & 11? We have 5-day passes with 4 "water park & more" options. Here is how my itinerary looks so far:

Day 1: MK
Day 2: EC
Day 3: AK/DQ
Day 4: MGM
Day 5: TL/DQ
Day 6: BB/MK

Am I giving my kids enough time at the water parks?

Last September we stayed 6 night and 6 days.

Each day we hit a different park, including BB and TL.

This year we are doing the same, but we included an extra free day, incase we get rained out of any park, we have an extra day to still hit that park.

FOV- We are going the same time as you are. We have been to the Waterparks before and usually do them first thing in the morning and have lunch there and then by mid afternoon we head to a park. Seems to work well for us. Enjoy your stay! :goodvibes

Keep in mind that while early morning water park visits are great, we have also had great experiences visiting water parks later in the day. Some parks may only be a half day or 3/4 day for your family, so you could always finish off the day with a trip to a water park. Having the extra pluses allows for some flexibility we found. We will be arriving as you are leaving, and we also plan to avail ourselves of some time at both TL and BB.
