Late arrival question

Our plane lands at 1130pm. We are getting a rental car, no checked luggage, and plan on doing online check in. We are staying at BWV. Since we are doing online check in, we should get our text for room availability way before we land at MCO. Should I worry about someone else taking our room since we aren't there? Our magic bands should be enough to let us into the parking lot, correct? Do we still need parking tags at BWV? Last time we were at OKW and SSR, we didn't need paper parking tags.

Im curious about this too. We may be driving and coming in super late. Wonder if I check in online if we can arrive and go right to our room.

We did get a paper parking pass for BWV 2 weeks ago.

So I guess that means we still have to stop at the front desk when we get there. No direct to room access? I thought they rolled that out to all the resorts by now.

I agree that this should be the case. We rented a car after arrival so, I we got ours at the front desk.

If you get that room-ready text the you should be fine. I still haven't gotten one. But I don't want it, either. I don't find stopping at the front desk to be a difficulty or annoyance or burden. I like it. (Except at AKL where the CMs excel in irritating me)

We didn't get parking passes at AKL-JH, AKV-KV or OKW last week. I guess it is hit or miss.

Until you get the text with your room number, (if you get one), your room is up for grabs by every guest who wants a different room.
