Late arrival at BLT (after 11pm)

We land at MCO at 9:50 and will be arriving at BLT late. I read somewhere that we need to go to the Contemporary first as nobody staffs BLT that late. I have a few questions.
1. If we do online check in, can't we just make our way to the rooms as usual or is this incorrect because this is a DVC property? (we are mention points from a friend)
2. I am having a stroller delivered. Will they put the stroller in our room or must we go downstairs in the am to retrieve it?
3. Groceries - also delivered. Pick up the next am or will they be in the room?

Nothing will be put in your room (via delivery) until you have checked in.

Even with online check-in you may still have to check in at the front desk. Depends on whether you get the room text or not. We have NEVER gotten our "room is ready" text.

Sometimes we have been directed to check in at CR even during normal daytime hours. The guard at the gate will tell you where to go (CR or BLT).

You can call down to Bell Services and they can bring up both the grocery delivery and the stroller to your Villa. Be sure to tip them for the service.

checking in at CR isn't a big deal b/c the DME drops you off right there anyway. It doesn't make a stop at BLT, so you are basically walking past the front desk anyway.

I would go to the desk to check in mainly b/c you have so many items that should be delivered. This way you can let them know right there and as you are getting set up and settled in, the bells staff can be getting your deliveries.
