Late April to early May?

Can I have some thoughts on a late April or early May trip? Like crowds..weather...a good value ? I am trying to begin making plans for an '07 trip. I am really torn too about where to book accomodations.
Our last trip was in December 2003 at Contemporary, in the middle of the month, and it was a great time to go. I am considering Wilderness Lodge this time. It will be me, DH, DS16 and DD9....Thanks for your help!

Early May is one of my two favorite times of year to travel (the other being early December). Crowds are light, weather is great, and, best of all, the Flower and Garden Festival is going on at Epcot. Have fun!!!

My folks live in Florida and I think the best weather to visit them is end of April...very little rain, not super hot!

I think either choice is about the same. I would check the event calendar and make sure nothing major (golf, cheerleaders) are going to be there and then decide.
