Late April packing help

We leave 3 weeks from today and I'm not sure what types of clothes I need to bring. I'm okay with dry heat but humidity will be new for me. What do you like to wear? Any special items?

Your thinnest and lightest clothing is what's best for high humidity.

From a mask standpoint you 100% want to buy disposable paper masks from Amazon, enough for 3 per day per person. Humidity is the enemy of the mask and there's no way you could keep up with the dampness and odor of a cloth mask in Florida heat and humidity. That was the best advice someone here gave to me, and our trip last week would have been miserable if we didn't listen.

Also curious about packing for april. Do I need any long sleeves or jackets? Does the temps drop at night?

In Florida humidity, I like wearing sleeveless running dresses. They’re very lightweight and moisture wicking. I also like the Onzie brand masks... also lightweight and moisture wicking made from up-cycled activewear.

I would come ready with layers because you never really know.

I live about an hour away (near the coast) and our humidity has not arrived yet. Our weather is glorious right now (though a tad chilly in the evening). It was downright cold last week. Orlando doesn't get that seabreeze so it can be different; best to check the days just prior to leaving and still throw a couple layers in the bag just in case.

I wear a cloth mask 100% of the time, and did all summer at the parks, without an issue. I do not like disposable masks at all. In July/August/September, I switched them out more often. I haven't had the need to change them out as often since October-ish.

Super helpful ideas. I do like to wear lightweight dresses and have a few moisure wicking ones. I think I'll go with that plus lightweight tops/shorts. Masks are still challenging. I've got a pile of disposable to bring plus a favorite brand from Costco but they are synthetic and I'm worried they'll get hot. I'll see how it goes.
