Late add on

My sister and her husband decided yesterday to go on the cruise with us in October. As the boat is almost sold out what are the chances of her being able to have early dinner with us? Even sit our table? Has anyone had this happen before?

We added my parents to our reservation a few months after the original reservation was made. There was no problem getting the same time seating, but that was still 10 months in advance. Maybe they could get waitlisted. If they do get the same seating as you, the reservations can be linked so you sit together. My reservation is through a completely different TA from my parents' reservation, and we just gave the other TA their confirmation number. She was able to ensure that we are all sitting together at dinner.
