Last year FD pin code?

I was doing some searching and trying to figure out when last years free dining pin code came out. I couldn't find anything but some people stating that they received a pin code for a discount and in the same email was what appeared to be a general public free dining advertisement. Does anyone know if and when people received a FD code last year?
Also I wanted to add that the 30% off-free park hopper upgrade pin was sent out 2 weeks earlier this year than last.

I'm not sure if this helps at all, but when we got our FD PIN (back in 2012) it was received in March prior to our June trip...
