I also took a screen cap but don't really know what to do with it. Supposedly the Mac Preview application will allow me to open the tiff file and save it as a jpg but I haven't tried it. I'm assuming Adobe Photoshop would be a better choice because I could crop the picture a bit? Anyone have instructions for posting a picture from a Mac?

to post a picture you have to upload it to a website like photobucket and copy the IMG line and post that line
