Last WOC fastpasses?

Hey guys! I'm trying to get all of my planning wrapped up for my October trip and have a question. Since we are now entering value season I figured it was a good time to ask.

My first day at the parks will be Oct 14th (Thur) sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. There are 2 showings of WOC at 8 pm and 9:15 pm that night.

What time do think the WOC fastpass machines will stop giving out tickets?

is it in your budget to do a PS ticket combo? we are going to do the picnic ticket combo for our November trip. the $14.99 for guest age 3 and up. moussavers has picture of the picnics on there site and from what i heard, the food is pretty good. arials and the wine terrace also have a dinner ticket deal.
