My friend & I will be in Disney for just 3 nights 11/12-11/15 & want to only do 1 day at the parks & the F&W festival is a must.

We don't know whether to go Sat. or Sunday thinking Sunday may be more crowded since it is the last day for the festival. But we also want to cram in a little of MGM & Animal Kingdom.

COmments on which day will be most crowded?

Thanks

Ok I can only guess but I'm sure many people will come along and help you. My guess is saturday would be more crowded since many people leave on Sunday to go home. ??

Chubby Checkers is there. He drew a huge crowd last year. It's hard to say which would be the busiest. I'd guess Saturday would be busiest.

I think they are both going to be busy. Saturdays are always busy. If you get there when the World Showcase opens you should be fine. If you are going later in the day prepare to wait at the popular booths.

We are here in WDW now aqnd yesterday was a madhouse for F/W. We hit World Showcase around 1 and the lines were astronomical. MOst of the booths had queue lines set up and people were lining up past the ropes. We walked around the lagoon and it was the same all around. Even the less popular booths had long lines.

Today was a much different story. We hit WS about the same time and the lines were MUCH shorter. It was actually pleasant today. The longest we waited at any booth was 10 minutes and that was for Australia which had a REALLY long line yesterday.

Hope this helps.

Linda

I am going to be there the same weekend ;)

Does anyone know what time/where the Chubby Checker performances will be? I found the list of who is performing on what days on the F/W section of the DIS, but I don't see a list of times.

You might also want to remember that if you are planning on hitting MGM it is Super Soap weekend so it will be busier than usual.

I can't help you with the crowd at the F&W. We were there that time last year but avoided the festival over the weekend. We went the Friday before and the crowds were minimal.
