Last weekend, fun meals.

Hi, this is the last weekend before DD17 goes back to school on Tues.Now we are hitting the trailer for the long weekend. I want some neat, fast, cheap meals/snacks for an enjoyable time.Its a good size all applianced &microwave kitchen.

it's corn on the cob season. Easily cooked in the microwave. microwavable popcorn - just beware in a trailer microwave cooking time can be way different than the home microwave.

mac and cheese is a staple for us when camping. Breakfast is usually cereal.

Where are you heading in the trailer?

Can you have a campfire and make weiner spiders?

Make your own pizza. You can just melt it in the microwave - the meat, veggies, etc will stil taste great.
