I got called in to work this coming weekend till July 4th since we are expecting a busy turn out not only in Philadelphia because of the Live 8 but also at the Emergency Wing... crossing finger that this folks are going to be wiser and not do 'tupid stuff The paypal is all set and talked to Amy S. of Event catering, negotiations resume after the Holidays. Confirmed the 21 guest. so if theres anyone else who are interested to join pls. feel free to PM me or scoutsmom99. Just sent Jeanette a confirmation yesterday that there's 4 of us = my DS 6/12, my parents (celebrating an anniversary) and myself. This is a secret for my parents - my dad's absolute favorite attraction is Illumination along with his never ending sweet tooth this will be a perfect evening! This is also our 1st day at WDW, what a perfect way to start our trip!!!!

What time does the party start? They was probably stated several times and if so I apologize for not catching it.

We also have MNSSHP tickets for the 30th....anyone else going that night????

Hey craziefortigger The event starts at 8:30PM at the UK upper terrace... will be sending out paypal confirmation soon as soon as our ECOE replied a question for one of our fellow Dis'er that would help make his desision if this is a party for his family or not Thanks for the patience !!!



PS: we might also have a small meet and greet planned on Sept. 30 but the time has not been set yet. Will also keep up updated to that when it is finalized!!

In the event of bad weather will the Dessert Party be relocated to a venue indoors and then just as Illuminations is to start will everyone be escorted out to a special viewing area.

Is the host/hostess of the Dessert Party
Required to be a "Disney Resort" Guest ?

Sorry, I was out of the office yesterday and not able to get messages. To answer the question below, yes, this is correct. In the event of bad weather, the dessert location will be moved indoors to a TBD location, and then at the start of Illuminations, guests will be escorted to the viewing location as weather permits.

We will be there then! There are 4 of us though...would that be too many? I also need to have a chat with my friend and see if she would want to do it. We will also be at MNSSHP on the 30th too!
