Last Week of October - MNSSHP

We are going to be staying at the BWV from October 28 - November 1. I was just wondering if anyone has gone to MNSSHP in the nights prior to Halloween. How were the crowds at the party?

MNSSHP is the primary reason that we are going to WDW this year. Now I am second guessing my weeks and thinking that we should go the week prior.


Any help?

Also, does anyone know where I can geta menu for Leaping Horse Libations at the BWV pool?

Two years ago we came back on the 29th and went to MNSSHP on th 27th and had no problems with crowds at all. It was fabulous. We are going next year Oct 7-13th with the idea of going to the Party! I would suggest avoiding it on Halloween itself. I hear that it is very crowded then. I believe the BW does Halloween activities as does DTD.

We did the 28th in 05 and the 30th in 06 with no problems at all.

Thanks for the replies. I am so torn. I think that I am just going to leave it up to the kids and dh. That way it's out of my hands!

We did it this past Oct. the wek before it was a little crowded but after the 1st parade things were not that bad, also we thought this was the best fireworks display we saw there so far.

We did the exact same thing this past year - stayed at BWV and went to the party October 30. It was crowded but we didn't have any problem getting around or getting on the rides we wanted quickly. We were there for several days prior and it was fun on other MNSSHP nights to see the couples and families coming out of the BW all dressed up for the party. People would clap for them as they went through the lobby.
