Last week of August versus sept

We are here now and it's much mOre crowded than in years past. I'm now thinking of maybe going next September instead of August. Anythibgs to consider when picking a week? We rely on free dining and value prices for deluxe when we go. I also would love to try Mickeys halloween party.
