Since you have accepted the responsibility of putting this meet together, having it at the place that works best for you only seems right. Old Key West gets my vote.

That might be difficult. Here I thought 4 would avoid most ADRs!

Not a problem! When we have meets, people tend to drop in and out over the course of about an hour or more. I want to be done in time to get to the Owner's Locker meet in France at 7:00.

If you are taking the bus from a park, get off at the first bus stop and walk back to the check-in building. It will be on the left as your bus enters the resort, and is right on the lagoon/canal. Once inside Hospitality House, Papa's Den is on the lagoon/canal end of the building, and it looks like a library. It's right next to the check in area. If you stay on the bus and wait until it drops you off at Hospitality House, it will be the last stop before the bus leaves the resort again. In that case, you will come in through the portico and hang a right to go through check in and proceed to the back of the building to papa's den.

We'll meet Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 4 PM. Let's say Papa's den if the weather is chilly and out at the picnic tables on Turtle Crawl if it's nice.

I was in Tampa for Christmas/New Year's, and it's been reported that Tampa had the coldest December since records have been kept.
(It's now running normal temps).

Hoping to stop in at the very beginning. We have an early ADR at 5:10 that day for 1900 Park Fare so I'll have to hustle. Looking forward to meeting everyone and excited to see Old Key West as that's one resort we haven't made it to yet.
