Last week in April

We are planning to go last week in April, school vacation . Anyone know if this is a really busy time at Disney??

We used to go 1st week of May when our girls were younger. We LOVE this time of year. Expect warm/hot weather and moderate crowds. We rarely ever got rain. I prefer it to any other time. Wish we could still go then.

ive gone to WDW during the last week of April and its not that crowded at all.

My son and I are going that week. I have feeling it may be bit crowded. NYC public schools, Long Island, and a few other northeast school systems are out that week. So far I haven't been able to find any good prices for direct flights out of JFK, or LGA for that time.

We are going 4/28-5/7. Everything I have read states there will be moderate crowds during this time. Weather should be beautiful!! I was there mid-April once and it was fabulous!!

I agree with the other poster, that normally it would not be busy, but it might be if alot of the ny metro families, us included, go to disney for spring break. I am waiting for southwest to open up and will jump on it for an early direct flight. Good luck.

We were there April/May 2004 and we found the crowds to be very tolerable. The buses usually weren't very crowded and the lines never seemed to be that long. The worst crowd we dealt with was at the character signing in front of Cinderellas Castle. We actually lost my DD12 and spent over 4 hours looking for her. What a nightmare!! But other than that it was a great time to go - the weather was great also.
