Just the word "broken" doesn't sound fun at all.
OK-got an appt for Wednesday-hopefully He'll be OK until then-could of gone today -but it was WAY across town and the morning traffic is horrible-especially today with the rain
So Wednesday it is
....I'm reminded of one of my best friends from H.S. when she was trying out for the cheerleading squad....she was practicing her jumps and splits before try-outs and was doing a Russian split when she hit the wooden gym floor too hard. She hit the bottom of her left pelvic bone (the little round part on the bottom) and it fractured! The ambulance came and they had to lift her while she was still in a 'Russian-split position' and put her on the stretcher that way!She was hysterical and in so much pain....
Absolutely was not thinking he could get hurt-Teenagers! He was trying to beat his friends down the stairs at Georgia Tech-He was at an Anime Convention where his HS Group sells Anime they draw-He made 30.00 and was just leaving for the day when he climbed over the rail and fell-Ughh such a Goof Ball! Very Lucky He wasn't killed or paralyzed in the fall!!
He's not very comfortable at all! and the crutches are not cutting it-But the HS said they have a WC that He can use to help him get round school faster-We find out Wednesday when He can go back to school-Hopefully next week-we'll see
Worse part is that were going to be at WDW in 8 weeks and I pray by then he can walk around without too much problems
So Kathy-I saw on Facebook that your Doctor Appt went well-Good News-so does your thumb and index finger feel any better yet
