Dana - I hope you'll be okay. Sometimes antibiotics make me throw up; particularly anything in the Eurythromicin range. (I have an allergy to it).

Alison - your day at DLR sounds fantastic. I have no idea what tigger or cheshire tails are...will google shortly. If you find time, post your pics on #11and we will pick it up there.

Alison, do they always have the tigger and Cheshire tails? Do you think they'll have them next summer?

I've stopped my laundry for the night, since the running up and down the stairs was making me hurt more and I wound up throwing up. So I'm just lying down and watching The X-Files on Wii streaming.

I'm hungry, though. Just don't wanna get up. Even going to the bathroom down the hall sucks. :sad2:

I learned about the Tigger and Cheshire tails on the DIS around late Feb or March and got to try my first one last April when we went out there for F&W. I've been hooked ever since! I don't know how long they have been around, but they're pretty popular and exclusive to DLR so I would think they would stick around...are you planning a trip to DLR next summer? If so, don't make any plans until we've PM'd each other!

Sorry to hear about your running up and down the steps and having a problem. I'm on antibiotics too! and so is Fran. I kicked the bed frame and stubbed my toe Sunday night and it has developed an infection. I'm on Augmentin, Fran is on Cipro. We just finally had a small snack of leftover Thai Food from the other night, but boy that was one HUGE lunch!

I'm sure I'll be fine. I've been on antibiotics before; this is just the worst infection I've ever had, so the side effects of the antibiotics combined with the fever from fighting the infection combined with being active around the house are just making me feel even worse :( I feel relatively okay at the moment, and was able to go downstairs and get most of my laundry. I'm just on amoxicillin, which I've been on before.

I'm trying to think of something to do for my birthday :lmao: I've been considering a trip to DLR for a while, but it's just so darn expensive, you know? I do want to go at some point, though, since I've never been there.

Meh, it happens. I was laying down for a few hours and feel a bit better now, but still not 100%, obviously. I hope your toe heals up! I'm just on amoxicillin, so nothing fancy. I'd made chicken and broccoli with rice for dinner, and it came out really good :)

We're an awfully healthy lot here on #10.

Dana has a toothache
Alison has an infected toe
Sharon has a bad cough

I'm happy to have this thread closed off so that we can move on to #11!

So I'll post these here since you found them on google. We got two of each of the Tigger and Cheshire tails and Fran got one of the Hunny apples, coated in caramel and then chocolate....

The Tigger Tail was yummy! Even better than the Cheshire Tail, but it's only available in one spot at the way way back of the park, you can get the Cheshire tails at three location I know of!

Yes I've actually been waiting to the point of not caring who wins any more, just so that they will shut it off and we can go back to the pace of building. This every day logging in ahhhhhh is it still open is maddening!

But as long as I'm sitting here, I want to be last! Pretty soon I have to go feed the kids and go to bed. My parents are coming to visit tomorrow and they will stay in the 2nd apartment with the cat that we are staying with tonight. We need to clean it up a little more, move the boxes of music away from the copier and put back the breakfast table with chairs. I finally cleared off the recliners so that is OK, but we need to give them a breakfast table, plus vacuum the place. So glad my cleaning lady is coming tomorrow.

Also we have a gig on Sunday and have to load up the car Saturday since we need to leave at about 7AM! :scared1: Plus we have to clean off the table in our apartment in the Dining Room because we are going to eat there tomorrow night! Ugh, too much to do, so little time!

:lmao:

And that is a seriously sweet picture of the Tails! :thumbsup2

So I'm a little bit sad today. My Aussie Rule Football team, Geelong, lost in the semi-finals last night. They have been in the final (playoff) for the last 3 years in the a row and have won 2 premierships out of the 3. Looks like the winning run is over.....

Sorry about your sports thing. I don't know anything about sports, but I do know that people get very involved in their sports, so I'm sorry it didn't turn out your way!

but last!

I'll live. Afterall, my team has done really well for the last 3 years; and even though we didn't make the finals this year, they've also travelled very well this year.

My turn for last!

I'm going to have to start thinking about dinner soon.

I've got some chicken schnitzel again tonight. I might turn one of them into a parmagiana style schnitzel and see if my son likes that as an alternative.

DH is getting an omelette. Looks like we have duck eggs, onions, tomato and parsley for him.

I'll put some veg for the meat eaters as an accompaniament.

Sounds a little complicated for accomodating all the various tastes. Good luck.....
