Hey, so what are you up to? We have been being landlords and I am so wiped....I actually showed the apartment today! I know not to get too excited until I have their deposit check, and it clears. But the fact that I showed the place is good.

Did I tell you that we got a loan agent and he has started us off with a little loan while he shops around for a big loan like we want? I called my DVC guide and instigated a contract at the VGC, but we're on the waitlist because they're almost sold out. He thinks we we'll come through in the next couple weeks.

We are well into a total rennovation of the apartment in our building, granite countertops, tile floors, this place will be way more luxurious than our own home! Plus we can fix all the other things like replacing heaters, and fixing other gunk. It's expensive owning apartments!
