Actually, neither It's a gorgeous day here in Chicago. Not too hot, a nice breeze, and the sun's out, so my parents and I are going to barbecue tonight. We have a small pool in the backyard (the kind you put away when it snows), so my mom and I are going to relax in it while Dad cooks

Yeah, we only have two window units (one in my bedroom, one in theirs) and use fans in the rest of the house, so it's pretty nice to not be hiding in our air conditioned caves

Hey Alison ...things better today than yesterday ? Ready for the next food network star tonight?

Much better! No $1200 Chimney Repair Estimates, or $400 plumbing emergencies when it's overtime! I did have to meet a painter and the vacant apartment but he was nice and professional and it didn't take very long.

Today we've (I've) been putting together the papers for her father's Estate Tax Return. Fran did help, but I'm doing most of the digging through envelopes for bank statements, bills, making photocopies. It will be nice to drop this stuff off at the Accountant tomorrow and hopefully be done with it!

I forgot out the NFNS! I'll have to start watching it around 6:30 so I can forward through the commercials! So who do you want them to boot this week? I hope it's the Italian girl or Herb, they're my least favorite two of the ones who are left.

Glad I reminded you about the show I had a feeling being busy you would forget...I'm with you as far as Serena and Herb...can't wait to see a few others go too but these 2 are my 1st picks to go too.

I know if you wait, things usually improve, it did suck yesterday and I was beat tired! Tonight we're having leftovers from, can't remember which night...but that will be easy!

I wouldn't have missed it, the show is in my TIVO, but I might not have remembered to start watching it until it was over.....
