Sandwich is great. I toasted the bread and have a really nice cheddar cheese slice to go with it.

I am making Teriyaki Mahi Mahi with a asian corn relish.

Cheese sandwich

simple version
Two slices of bread, toasted and buttered.
Slice of Cheddar Cheese in between.

A bit more upmarket
Two slices of bread, toasted and buttered.
Chutney
Slice of Cheddar Cheese in between

A bit more effort
Two slices of bread, toasted and buttered.
Two slices of Cheddar cheese on each toasted bread slice.
Place on plate and microwave or grill until cheese has melted.

The deluxe version - croque messieurs
Two slices of bread, toasted
Ham slices
Extra cheesy Bechamel sauce
Paprika

Spread the bread slices with bechamel sauce. Layer a ham slice on. Put another layer of bechamel sauce on one of the halves before placing the other on top. Sprinkle paprika anywhere in the layers to suit your tastes.

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the sandwich and grill until the grated cheese is bubbly.

I have microwave popcorn in my locker upstairs, but that requires going up to get it... Which means I'd have to call my coworker to come watch the desk, and she's being crabby because I called her out on something.
