Well, looks like we're all going to WDW in May to Chaparone the 8th Grade Orchestra trip

-just last night DH agreed to go since we're short 4 Parent voluteers and this trip falls on his off days-except for Sun- but we have to bring Kyle with-no way I'm leaving a 15yo home for 3 days-so the Teacher said that was not a problem-so we're going

Today is DH's Birthday.

Funeral arrangements have been made. Viewing on Thursday, Mass on Friday with Burial at the National Cemetery following.

than DD's B-day party is Saturday. We were not sure if we should cancel it or just keep it thinking she would need some fun time after this week of sadness.

I'm sure your father-in-law would want you to go ahead with the plans and she definitely will need something uplifting after this week.

We gave DH a Wii Fit last night for his birthday. DD was so excited with his present she ripped it right open and started playing with it. Than the cat jumps into the packing box that it came in and had a grand time with it. And poor DH just sat there with nothing.

Hope your DH has gotten a turn by now. And hope he had a nice birthday - at least the best possible under the circumstances.

I really need to get back into scrapbooking. I just need to find the time and the creativity that I am lacking.

I actually just need to get into scrapbooking. I've been collecting supplies for scrapbooking and saving stuff to put into scrapbooks for about three years. But I've yet to do even one single page!

We've had a pretty clear week but we're supposed to get a lot next week. There's some sort of storm system heading this way from the gulf and usually when it comes up that way we get dumped on!
