We had called four, but the fourth called me back this morning and they don't have any openings until October We hope to have been receiving rent for several months by then!

Well I don't think they were booked up that far when he gave me the card three weeks ago. It was one if the first things he said when he returned my call this morning.

We're on our way to meet a third one,, but the second guys are winning so far.
