Disney Firefly,
I remember a comment you made awhile back, because I can relate. That men have a tendency to look past you. I find that the older I get, and especially when I regain weight, that is the case too. I believe that some men are looking for a Julia Roberts type. Well, I am not her twin.
Although it may be physical attraction at first that captures ones interest, really what does matter the most is that to which cannot be measured by outward attributes. It is like a job application, one can look great on paper, but does not necessarily mean that they are the best candidate. Because what cannot be typed or written, is how moral, ethical, or truly decent a human being is. The opposite is true as well. For one's resume might not look so wonderful, but you very well might be the best person for the job. It is a real paradox, I believe. To show what is not obviously visible. And to not be judged too much by what is. Be it good, bad or indifferent.
