What time of year is good for a GV at VGC? I'm flexible.

Well the two best seasons in 2012 are Adventure Sept 2 - Oct 4 and Jan 8-Feb 25, and Choice April 15-June 24, Oct 5 - Nov 19 and Nov 25 - Dec 20. Regardless of the season GVs are about 100 points per night, however the 290 is what I have at VGC, I still have 888 available at 7 months....

Besides since there is no F&W for 2011 and 2012 I may have a lot of extra points by 2013 so who knows?

We could do that if you didn't mind staying on the couch in the LR. The kitchen would be smaller there would only be 2 bedrooms instead of all three parties having their own bedrooms. We wouldn't have a pool table and of the two GVs one has a pristine view of WoC while the other overlooks the pool. The one with the WoC view is the HA one, so I would request that one.

But yikes the 2 BRs are only half the points of the GVs! 46-52 in Adventure Season, 52-65 in Choice Season. If we got a 2 Br lock off, PIO and her family would have a studio with a fridge, micro, toaster, coffee maker and we would have a regular 1 Br like we planned if you had come out for your 27th. 2 bathrooms in the 1 br. Still actually a cool situation.

2) The Friday night Winemaker dinners

3) The Celebrity Chef Demos and autograph sessions

4) The fact that there were wine tastings going on all the time

5) The special food items at the CS restaurants

6) The whole darned thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the last one, I finally became one of the crazy people who showed up at 8AM for a 2PM chef demo. I met the coolest people in line and we had so much fun waiting that I was looking forward to this year showing up at 8AM for the 2PM demos just to hang out with other foodie disney freaks. Hopefully in 2013 they will bring back the festival and I will become a freak for the F&W festival again!

That's the only thing that kept me from going crazy in 2011. We don't plan to go to WDW annually for F&W maybe every other year or so. But I REALLY love the CA festival. I surely hope they bring it back in 2013!
